About Ms. Bruyea

Ms. ROBYN BRUYEA

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Ms. Bruyea is passionnate about connecting with and helping children and teens. She works with youth to understand their emotions and behaviours so that they can make sense of them and improve themselves and their lives. Her particular interests include ADHD, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and emotional dysregulation. As a mother, she is also well versed in the challenges that arise during parenting and aims to promote parental wellbeing and mental health.

Ms. Bruyea initially received her training through St. Lawrence College and holds a Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology. During her bachelor, Ms. Bruyea completed training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and helped develop and implement behavioural programs for non-verbal children and adults with dementia. She has provided both individual and group therapy across various populations and problem areas such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and phobias.
